Exciting news! Cooking classes will now be held on a monthly basis at New Paltz Reiki's Studio space. The next class will be on Saturday, December 16th from 10am-12pm. The menu will focus on Healthy Holiday Eats. It's gonna to be delish!

Reiki Certification classes are in full swing!
~ Reiki I on December 22nd, 2017 at Holistic Healing and Nutrition in Poughkeepsie from 10am-3pm.
~ Reiki II on December 26th from 10am-4pm at Holistic Healing and Nutrition.
~ Reiki II on January 6th from 10am-5pm at New Paltz Reiki Healing Studio in Highland.
